Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. Following undergraduate work at Oberlin College, he attended and graduated from UCLA, School of Medicine in 1973. He completed a three-year family practice residency at the Moses H. Lowe Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. He came to New Mexico with the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) in July of 1976 as the first physician for El Pueblo Health Services (EPHS). He has been a physician and Medical Director for EPHS since August 1, 1976, at first as a NHSC physician assigned to EPHS and since October 1987 as an employee of EPHS. He is board cer­tified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a Clinical Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the University of New Mexico. He a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, New Mexico Medical Society and the Greater Albuquerque. Medical Association.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Geoff attended the UNM College of Nursing for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees, completing the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and Board Certification in 1999. He joined the staff of EPHS in July of 1999. He is board certified by the ANCC and is a member of the New Mexico Primary Care Association, the America Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Nurse Practitioners, the New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council, and is a preceptor for the University of New Mexico Nurse Practitioner program and an instructor of Advanced Cardiac Life Support since 1993.

Janice completed her undergraduate and Medical School training at Brown University in 1985. She completed her Family Medicine Residency in 1988 at the University of Massachusetts and then was a commissioned officer with the United States Air Force. She has practiced Family Medicine in New Mexico since 1992 and joined EPHS in October of 2004. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice with certification in Geriatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Women's Association, New Mexico Medical Society.

Gretchen attended the University of Wisconsin completing her undergraduate work in 1995 and then her Master's of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of New Mexico in 2003. She joined EPHS in July of 2003. She is Board Certified by the AANC and is an affiliate member of the American College of Nurse Practitioners and state member of the New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council.

Isa completed her undergraduate studies, PhD in immunology and her Medical Doctorate at the University of New Mexico, 2001. She then completed her residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and was Assistant Chief of Service. She relocated home to New Mexico after her training and joined EPHS in September of 2005. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Internal Medicine, New Mexico Medical Society and the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association. She is also fluent in Spanish.
